Founded in 2022, Dahibara Express is the modern take on traditional Odia classic dishes. Our initiative came to be when we realised that traditional food wasn’t accessible as high-quality dishes, so we strived to create what we found missing.
Based out of Bhubaneswar, our menu features a variety of dishes, made with the highest quality ingredients. Our innovative methods to create new products also feature the traditional values of older cooking techniques. All to create a wonderful and accessible experience of traditional food in a modern setting.
We believe in constantly growing and expanding our menus and techniques to bring you the best and most exciting flavours. In addition to our delicious food, we are also dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience.
